Discovery Land Company seeks a Senior Benefits Coordinator to join the Human Resources Department at a Scottsdale, AZ corporate office location. You will administer comprehensive benefits programs and manage benefits data in Workday while ensuring regulatory compliance and timely enrollment.

You’ll partner with HR leadership, coordinate with vendors, and support wellness initiatives to maintain competitive offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; comparable experience will be considered.
• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in benefits administration, preferably within the real estate or hospitality industry.
• Strong proficiency in Workday is required.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local benefits regulations, including ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, and FMLA.
• Experience with MS Office suite.
• HRIS experience; Workday experience required.
• Flexibility and ability to pivot to new projects and a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Administer and oversee employee benefits programs across medical, dental, vision, life, disability, wellness, and retirement plans.
• Manage and update benefits data in HRIS; Workday proficiency required.
• Audit benefit issues with HRIS operations and manage related projects.
• Serve as primary contact for benefits inquiries.
• Oversee open enrollment including planning, updates, and communication.
• Ensure compliance with ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA at all levels.
• Collaborate with HR leadership to improve benefits offerings for cost efficiency.
• Coordinate with global HR leaders on benefits initiatives.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve claims and ensure service delivery.
• Analyze benefits utilization data and provide insights.
• Prepare ACA filings and 5500 forms with brokers.
• Assist CHRO/VP HR in wellness and employee engagement programs.
• Other duties as assigned by CHRO and VP HR.
