Responsibilities

• Support planning, administration, and ongoing improvement of employee benefit and recognition programs.
• Develop, update, and deliver clear communications and educational materials for employees, managers, and HR partners.
• Coordinate and support benefit-related events, employee recognition activities, trainings, and program rollouts.
• Partner with vendors to resolve issues, coordinate services, and support successful program delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as HR, payroll, finance, legal, communications, and HRIS to support benefit operations.
• Review benefit program data, survey results, healthcare claims information, and other metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Prepare reports and summaries related to benefit programs, policies, budgets, and program performance.
• Support updates to benefit policies, procedures, employee-facing resources, and internal communication channels.
• Assist with system updates, testing, and process improvements related to benefits administration.
• Provide guidance to employees, managers, and HR partners on benefit-related questions, processes, and escalated issues.
• Coordinate schedules, logistics, materials, and resources for events, rounding, and employee engagement activities.
• Manage program resources responsibly, including funds or materials used for employee recognition.
