Job summary

Verily Health in Dallas is seeking a Senior Benefits Program Manager to own health and welfare plans and the 401(k) program. This role is an individual contributor with deep expertise in benefits program execution, annual enrollment, vendor management, and compliance, reporting to HR leadership.

You will oversee day-to-day plan administration, coordinate open enrollment, ensure ERISA/ACA/COBRA/HIPAA compliance, manage relationships with carriers and administrators, and produce educational

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of progressive experience administering employee benefits programs.
• Proven experience leading the annual benefits open enrollment process.
• Hands-on compliance experience with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, Section 125, and 401(k) requirements.
• Experience using HRIS and benefits administration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administration for health, welfare, and 401(k) plans and serve as the escalation point for complex claims and eligibility issues.
• Lead the end-to-end annual open enrollment process from plan changes to system configuration and communications.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across all benefit offerings, including Form 5500 filings and nondiscrimination testing.
• Manage relationships with insurance carriers, third-party administrators, and the 401(k) recordkeeper; lead vendor evaluations.
• Reconcile invoices, analyze plan performance, and deliver educational communications to support employees and budgeting decisions.
