TalentBridge is partnering with a well-established organization to hire a Senior Benefits Manager who will oversee administration, compliance, and ongoing improvement of its employee benefits programs in a complex corporate environment.

The role requires hands-on expertise in health and welfare, retirement plans, HRIS, vendor management, and leave administration, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in employee benefits administration.
• Strong knowledge of ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, ADA, and related regulations.
• Experience with HRIS data, carrier feeds, and reconciliations.
• Advanced Excel skills and data analysis for benefit programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee health, welfare, retirement, pension, and wellness programs administration.
• Ensure enrollments and eligibility records accuracy in HRIS systems.
• Manage data feeds between HRIS, carriers, and third-party admins.
• Lead open enrollment activities and communications with vendors and employees.
• Support compliance audits, reporting, and regulatory activities.
• Serve as technical resource for complex benefits questions and escalations.
• Collaborate with HR leadership and brokers to improve programs and processes.
