• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, business, or finance.
• 5+ years in employee benefits administration.
• Experience with health, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, life, and disability benefits.
• Experience with HRIS/benefits systems (UKG/Workday).
• Experience managing benefit carriers, brokers, TPAs, and vendors.
• Knowledge of ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, COBRA, DOL, IRS requirements.
• Knowledge of benefits across multiple states.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day administration of health and welfare plans, retirement plans, and other offerings.
• Analyze benchmarking, market, utilization, and plan cost data to identify trends and improvements.
• Ensure HIPAA, ERISA, ACA, DOL, IRS, and COBRA compliance; support multi-state remote employees.
• Liaise with carriers, brokers, and TPAs to monitor service levels and resolve issues.
• Lead benefits administration activities including enrollment, communications, and invoicing processes.
• Provide education and training on benefits; support wellness and enrollment communications.
• Cross-train to support retirement, life insurance, leave, and other employee programs.
• Identify and implement process improvements using UKG/Workday.
