Qualifications

• 3+ years of employee benefits experience in brokerage or consulting.
• College degree preferred; Life & Disability license desired.
• Proficient in MS Office and analytical tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial analytics for fully insured and self-funded clients.
• Prepare analyses: market reviews, renewal projections, claims utilization.
• Develop strategies, plan modeling and cost reduction opportunities.
• Negotiate and market coverage for new quotes and renewals.
• Produce executive summaries with observations and recommendations.
• Maintain carrier relationships and review renewal illustrations.
