Rosedale Office BuildingThe Senior Benefits Analyst ("Senior Analyst") is a key member of the Human Resources Benefits Team and shares accountability for the success of the function. The Senior Analyst provides analytical and operational support to the benefits group and administers health and welfare plans, including medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, disability, flexible spending, and retirement plans.
The Senior Analyst is an individual contributor and a subject matter expert who routinely collaborates with external vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders at all levels to provide guidance and answer questions related to health and welfare concerns.
