Job summary

Wake Radiology, a leading outpatient medical imaging provider in the Triangle, seeks a seasoned Benefit Specialist to oversee benefits programs, leave administration, workers' compensation, employee relations, and compliance. This on-site role will serve as a key resource for both staff and management.

You will administer medical, dental, vision, life, STD/LTD, 401k, and related benefits, maintain HRIS data, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the development of internal HR systems.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; certifications in lieu acceptable.
• Healthcare HR experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of benefits and employment law.
• PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SPHR preferred.
• Sound business acumen with ability to think strategically and act tactically.

• Manage leave administration (FMLA, STD, LTD, ADA, Workers' Comp).
