Job summary

Wake Radiology in Raleigh, NC is seeking a seasoned Senior HR Generalist to manage benefits, leave administration, workers' comp, employee relations, and compliance. This on-site role partners with management to maintain a positive, compliant workplace.

You'll administer benefits programs, advise on employment law, maintain HRIS data, and support policy development while fostering strong cross-functional relationships across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field or combination of experience and certifications in lieu of a degree.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Prior HR experience in the healthcare field preferred.
• Sound business acumen with a demonstrated understanding of employment law.
• Action-oriented with the ability to think strategically and act tactically.
• PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SPHR preferred.
• Strong knowledge of benefits and employment law.

This crucial role will manage various functions to ensure smooth daily operations. This position will be responsible for benefits, leave administration, workers compensation, employee relations, and compliance. You'll be a key resource for employees and management, ensuring a positive and compliant work environment.

On-site Role
