Job summary

Insight Global in Orlando, FL is seeking an Account Care Educator (ACE) to serve as the primary contact in Patient Solutions, supporting prescribers, patients and field agents. You will identify assistance programs, guide next steps, and coordinate with program resources to help patients achieve outcomes.

The role handles inbound calls, aims for one-call resolution, and manages the reimbursement process, including insurance billing and denial resolution for Medicare and commercial plans.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of medical benefit investigation experience (buy and bill).
• Experience explaining insurance coverage.
• Experience with major payors and DR offices.
• Experience with patient assistance programs.
• Experience with enrollment processes.
• Pharmacy experience.
• Salesforce experience.

Responsibilities

• Single point of contact for questions from prescriber, patient, and field agent by territory.
• Identifies applicable programs and facilitates next steps.
• Holistically communicates the statuses of all patient support activities.
• Liaison with other program-specific Assist resources to secure outcomes for active patients.
• Accepts inbound calls for assigned territory or overflow of other territories and provides one call resolution support.
• Ensures patient coverage is insured.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
• Identify and report adverse events pursuant to program requirements.
