Job summary

Cayuse Holdings in the United States seeks a Senior Behavioral Scientist to serve as a technical expert and strategic partner, integrating behavioral economics, psychology, and applied social science into policy and program design aligned with client missions.

You will mentor junior researchers, lead cross‑functional teams, present findings to executive leadership, and translate insights into actionable recommendations that improve outcomes and drive organizational impact.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Public Policy, Behavioral Economics, Psychology, or related field.
• 7–10+ years applying behavioral science in government, policy, or consulting.
• Formal training in experimental design and statistics.
• Proven success designing and evaluating behavioral interventions.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver data solutions.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior government stakeholders to define analytics objectives.
• Mentor junior researchers and guide cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and analysts to deploy data-driven solutions.
• Present findings to executive leadership and shape policy design.
• Identify behavioral frictions and biases affecting performance.
• Evaluate interventions and translate results into actionable recommendations.
