• Conducts functional behavioral assessments and develops behavior support plans.
• Provides training to staff in applied behavior analysis and related topics.
• Monitors progress of behavior support plans and evaluates effectiveness.
• Documents data and progress notes to reflect treatment response.
• Participates in Unit/Interdisciplinary Teams and quality assurance activities.
