• Must be a Qualified Mental Health Provider (e.g., RN, Social Worker, Licensed Counselor).
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective leadership in conjunction with and in the absence of the UH BH Director.
• Ensure staff document clinical services accurately and promptly.
• Report on performance improvement measures and oversee improvements.
• Provide fiscal management for the treatment team.
• Develop and improve department, program, and service line outcomes.
