Qualifications

• Master's degree required in clinical or social service field.
• Active LPC/LCSW/LMFT or equivalent license in Oklahoma.
• Minimum 5 years in healthcare, behavioral health, or social services.
• Previous supervisory/management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to clinical department staff, including therapists.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, regulatory, and accreditation requirements.
• Lead treatment team meetings and clinical staffing reviews.
• Collaborate with facility leadership to ensure safe therapeutic practices.
• Maintain quality of clinical documentation and treatment records.
• Build relationships with community providers and referral partners.
• Work with physicians and interdisciplinary team to promote patient and family service.
• Coach and develop clinical staff to maximize effectiveness.
