Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree in a mental health related field.
• Six months experience in high fidelity wraparound.
• Experience working with community resources.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to Red Rock BHS's mission.
• One year of direct leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs activities of complex program elements in coordination with the Project Director.
• Liaisons with community agencies and referral sources to build cooperative resources.
• Ensures paperwork, progress notes, reports, and data meet quality management requirements.
• Attends staff meetings, workshops, and seminars.
• Models professional interpersonal relations with staff and clients.
• Maintains core competencies in co-occurring disorders through ongoing training.
• Assists in development and implementation of program goals and objectives.
• Maintains a safe environment for clients and staff; coordinates with treatment agencies.
• Supports care planning for consumers within the Red Rock Health Team.
• Performs other duties as required.
