Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Master’s degree in Health Administration, Public Health, or Public Administration preferred.
• Five years of experience in administrative program oversight with increasing level of responsibility are required as applicable.
• Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience, or its equivalent, in a health-related agency is highly recommended.
• Familiarity and previous experience collaborating with community stakeholders and knowledge of behavioral health resources within the local community is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee behavioral health contracts.
• Monitor and report outcomes, expenditures, utilization, and contract performance.
• Analyze behavioral health data and monthly trends to identify opportunities, risks, and areas requiring intervention, and collaborate with internal and external community stakeholders during contract discussions and negotiations as directed by leadership.
