CVS Health is seeking a Manager of Behavioral Health Contract Negotiations to lead Louisiana Medicaid behavioral health contracting. This role will evaluate provider eligibility, oversee reimbursement methodologies, and help strengthen the behavioral health network across the state.

The position requires 3–5+ years in behavioral health contracting, deep knowledge of Louisiana Medicaid requirements, and strong collaboration with network leadership to address access and capacity gaps.

Qualificações

• 3-5+ years behavioral health provider contracting experience.
• Working knowledge of Louisiana Medicaid behavioral health services and provider requirements.
• Knowledge of behavioral health levels of care and service settings.
• Ability to evaluate a behavioral health provider's scope of services and qualifications against Medicaid requirements.
• Experience negotiating behavioral health reimbursement methodologies and contract terms.
• Ability to interpret and operationalize Louisiana Medicaid requirements and related contracts.
