BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES INC is seeking a Clinician II to assess, diagnose, and determine appropriate levels of care for clients. You will contribute to care plan development, provide clinical services, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality treatment and safety.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, maintaining documentation, collaborating with staff, and participating in safety and quality improvement activities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral health with active AMFT, ACSW, or APCC registration with California BBS and 2+ years of behavioral health experience.
• Must have valid California driver's license and liability insurance if driving a personal or company vehicle.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and electronic records/timekeeping systems.

Responsabilités

• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop care plans within required time frames.
• Maintain detailed client documentation within required time frames.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to review cases and medication issues.
• Respond to behavioral crises and coordinate referrals when necessary.
