Job summary

Catholic Community Services is seeking a Clinician II to provide professional behavioral health interventions in community-based settings in Washington. The role includes crisis response, intake/assessment, and ongoing supports with documentation in Medicaid and EHR systems.

This is a full-time, in-person position serving diverse clients in home, shelter and community contexts. The Clinician II will lead clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, coordinate care with partner organizations,

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or equivalent field.
• Mental Health Professional (MHP) or eligible within 3 months of hire.
• One year experience serving vulnerable adults.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical assessment and engagement in home, shelter or community settings.
• Develop intake and treatment plans including safety and crisis planning.
• Maintain Medicaid and WAC required documentation in EHR (CareLogic).
• Coordinate medical and behavioral health services with primary care teams.
• Deliver direct therapeutic services using evidence-based practices.
