Job summary

Catholic Community Services of Western Washington seeks a Clinician II to provide community-based behavioral health interventions, crisis response, and long-term supports in home, shelter, and community settings.

The Clinician II conducts intake, develops treatment plans, and coordinates with Medicaid and partner providers using EHR systems, aiming to improve safety and functional outcomes for diverse clients.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in social work, psychology, behavioral sciences or equivalent field.
  • Mental Health Professional (MHP) or ability to become certified within 3 months of hire.
  • One year experience serving vulnerable adults (mental health, social services, etc.).
  • Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and automobile.
  • Agency Affiliated License or applied for within 1st month of employment.
  • Background checks required prior to offer of employment.
  • First Aid CPR certified or ability to obtain within 1 month of employment.
  • TB test within past 12 months or within 6 months of employment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to culturally competent services and CCS mission.

Responsibilities

  • Clinical assessment and engagement in home, hospital or community settings.
  • Complete behavioral health intake tools and determine eligibility for services.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans and safety/crisis plans.
  • Maintain Medicaid and WAC-required documentation and input into EHR/ProviderOne.
  • Collaborate with CCS staff, case managers, and healthcare providers to coordinate care.
