Job summary

Cortica - Neurodevelopmental is seeking a Lead Behavior Trainer to mentor Behavior Technicians and deliver behavior-analytic services to autistic children and others with neurodevelopmental differences. The role includes leading orientation, trainings, and credentialing in collaboration with Clinical Excellence and local leadership.

The position supports Cortica’s Whole Child Approach and requires travel within the region, with some on-site clinic/home/community visits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of ABA service delivery with children/adolescents/adults.
• Registered Behavior Technician or Board Certified Autism Technician certification.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel 20–40 miles daily.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and train new Behavior Technicians.
• Provide direct behavior-analytic services to clients.
• Deliver trainings and presentations for orientation.
• Support credentialing and BCAT preparation.
• Assist in crisis and emergency procedure trainings.
• Document accurately in EMR and MS Office.
• Travel within designated region as assigned.
