Job summary

Cortica is seeking a Lead Behavior Technician Administrator to provide administrative supervision for Behavior Technicians and to deliver behavior-analytic services to autistic children and others with neurodevelopmental differences. This role supports a transdisciplinary team across home, clinic, school, and community settings.

The position emphasizes compliance, documentation, and collaborative supervision with site leaders, while maintaining high standards of patient care and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience leading direct reports.
• 2 years of experience delivering ABA services to clients.
• RBT or BCAT credential or ability to obtain BCAT within 90 days.
• Safety training certification within 90 days of employment.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations (30–45 minutes).
• First aid/CPR certified or able to obtain.
• TB clearance to be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administrative supervision of behavior technicians (BTs) including performance management and scheduling coordination.
• Ensure compliance training and documentation across BTs in collaboration with LBTs and CES.
• Manage EMR and MS Office documentation, reporting, and communication.
• Provide direct behavior-analytic services to autistic children and other neurodevelopmental differences as part of a transdisciplinary team.
