Cortica, based in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Lead Behavior Trainer to mentor and train new Behavior Technicians while delivering direct ABA services to children with autism and neurodevelopmental differences. This role blends clinical work with on-site training to uphold Cortica’s Whole Child Approach.
You will lead orientation, coordinate trainings, support credentialing, and collaborate with families and the Clinical Excellence team. Travel within the region is required.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for mentoring and training new Behavior Technicians while also providing direct behavior-analytic services to autistic children and others with neurodevelopmental differences.

The base pay range for this opening is $23.09-$30.98 per hour . According to your skill level, relevant experience, education level, and location, you will receive compensation that fits appropriately within the range.
