Job summary

Center for Applied Behavior Analysis (CABA) is seeking a Senior Behavior Technician to provide direct support across service lines, with clinical exposure and growth opportunities in our California programs.

You will mentor staff, assist with assessments and data, and coordinate with leadership to maintain high standards of care. This role offers real BCBA supervision hours and a clear path to leadership within CABA.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• CPR and CPI certifications are required.
• 3+ years of experience with individuals with severe challenging behavior.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support across CABA service lines, including Specialized Behavior Services and Adaptive Skills Program.
• Mentor, train, and support BTs and junior clinical staff.
• Observe sessions, assess performance, and give real feedback that improves practice.
• Support BCBA assessments, data graphing, report writing, and client intake.
• Collect treatment fidelity and interobserver agreement data.
• Serve as a liaison between clinical leadership and frontline staff.
• Conduct RBT evaluations and ongoing training.
• Write incident reports and progress notes per standards.
• Model the clinical and professional standards CABA is known for.
