Job summary

Center for Applied Behavior Analysis, LLC (CABA) is seeking a Senior Behavior Technician to support our SPS and day program service lines in California, with real clinical exposure and room to grow.

You will mentor junior staff, work with adults and adolescents with autism and co-occurring conditions, and help maintain the organization's high clinical and professional standards while pursuing BCBA supervision hours. This role offers ongoing clinical support and opportunities across regions.

Qualifications

• 3 or more years of experience with individuals with severe challenging behavior
• Experience working with adults and adolescents with developmental disabilities and co-occurring mental health diagnoses
• Bachelor’s degree required and active RBT certification

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support across CABA service lines, including Specialized Behavior Services and our Adaptive Skills Program
• Mentor, train, and support BTs and junior clinical staff
• Observe sessions, assess performance, and give real feedback that makes people better
• Support BCBAs with assessments, data graphing, report writing, and client intake
• Collect treatment fidelity and interobserver agreement data
• Serve as a liaison between clinical leadership and frontline staff
• Conduct RBT evaluations and ongoing training
• Write incident reports and progress notes per CABA and funding source standards
• Model the clinical and professional standards CABA is known for
