Job summary

Texas Health and Human Services Commission in Corpus Christi seeks a BHS III - Behavior Support to provide behavior support services, observations, data analysis, and training under supervision of a licensed behavior analyst.

You will develop and evaluate behavior support plans, monitor progress, and participate in quality enhancement activities while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team in a state-supported living center setting.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited college or university with a relevant bachelor's degree.
• Eligible to pursue board certification as a behavior analyst upon hire is preferred.
• Experience in behavior analysis and behavioral health services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavior support services and observations.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate behavior support plans.
• Train staff on behavior support plans and interventions.
• Monitor and document progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective services.
