Job summary

Health & Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking a Behavior Analyst I at the Richmond State Supported Living Center in Texas. The role involves delivering senior-level behavior analysis services, supervision to staff, and development of behavior support plans in a residential setting.

The successful candidate will conduct functional assessments, provide training, and use data analysis to drive positive outcomes for residents with developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or related field.
Board-certified Behavior Analyst (or QBA) and eligible for Texas licensure.
Experience with intellectual and developmental disabilities and behavioral supports is preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments.
Develop and implement behavior support plans.
Provide training and supervision to behavioral health staff.
Analyze data to evaluate treatment effectiveness.
