Motivation Confidence Achievement Corporation seeks a Behavior Management Consultant to oversee behavior modification plans at client sites in the San Jose area. You will design, review, and supervise plans, ensuring ethical, high quality care and directing paraprofessionals under Clinical Directors.

Required licenses or registrations may include BCBA or state psychology/licensing equivalents, with at least two years of relevant experience and Live Scan clearance.

Qualifications

• Completed at least twelve semester units in applied behavior analysis.
• BACB BCBA in good standing or state-licensed equivalent (Psychologist / LCSW / LMFT / Educational Psychologist).
• Minimum of two years experience designing and implementing behavior plans.
• Pass a Live Scan or other criminal history background check on hire.

Responsibilities

• Carry out the directives of MCA’s Clinical Director(s).
• Assess client behaviors on-site at clients’ behavioral day service sites.
• Independently design, review, and revise clients’ behavior modification plans.
• Provide direct supervision of behavior modification plans implemented by paraprofessionals.
• Independently provide informal training or coaching of on-site paraprofessionals.
• Collaborate with clients’ Interdisciplinary Team as needed.
• Ensure ethical, high quality care of clients.
