Motivation Confidence Achievement Corporation seeks a Behavior Management Consultant to consult on client behaviors at a San Jose day service site. You will design and update behavior modification plans, supervise paraprofessionals, and work with the clinical directors to ensure high-quality care.

Responsibilities include on-site assessments, plan development, coaching staff, and coordinating with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years experience designing and implementing behavior plans
• Registered as an Associate by California Board of Psychology or by California Board of Behavioral Sciences
• Pass a Live Scan or other criminal history background check upon hire

Responsabilités

• Carry out directives of Clinical Directors
• Assess client behaviors on-site at client sites
• Design, review, and revise behavior modification plans
• Provide on-site supervision of paraprofessionals implementing plans
• Independently train or coach on-site paraprofessionals
• Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team as needed
• Ensure ethical, high quality care of clients
