Job summary

Intercare Therapy is seeking a Behavioral Program Manager in California to lead onsite clinical programs and supervise staff, guiding client sessions and caregiver education. The role requires driving 30–60 miles daily and coordinating activities within 8 AM–6 PM on weekdays, with some weekend coverage.

Qualified candidates hold a Master’s degree in a relevant field; BCBA progress is preferred. The position offers a full-time schedule with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required or in progress with BCBA preferred.
• Strong ABA, program management, and clinical skills.
• Excellent written and spoken communication and time management.
• Interpersonal skills and ability to give/receive constructive feedback.
• Bilingual skills valued.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical programs as onsite supervisor and leader; supervise BIs and provide education and training for client caregivers.
• Develop and oversee clinical programs and daily case management.
• Drive 30–60 miles daily and supervise client sessions 8:00–18:00 on weekdays, with occasional weekend shifts.
