Four Oaks in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking a licensed Behaviorist with a strong background in observing, diagnosing and treating individuals with social and behavioral challenges. You will design tailored interventions and work within a multidisciplinary team to support clients, families, and educators.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavioral Analysis, Mental Health, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Ten years of related experience.
• Additional relevant certification and licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts initial consultations and appropriate diagnostic assessments.
• Develops, implements and refines treatment plans to manage behaviors.
• Works within a multidisciplinary team and communicates effectively.
• Meets with families, educators, and collaterals to gain insight.
• Conducts observations of clients in individual and group settings.
• Provides training and support to staff to implement best practices.
• Prepares treatment notes, reports, and documentation to support services.
• Reviews goals and progress and coordinates future interventions.
