As a Behavior Analyst within our special education program, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with disabilities and complex behavioral needs.
Location: Based out of the Cedar Falls office (click for map) - Service area TBD based on geographical location of applicant.
Beginning: 2025-26 school year
Education/Experience
- BCBA Certification and strong understanding of ABA principles.
- Master's degree in ABA, education, psychology or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with disabilities.
- Prefer experience in developing Functional Behavor Assessments (FBA's) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP's) for students with complex behavioral needs.
- Strong understanding of behavior management principles, positive behavior support strategies, and evidence-based interventions specifically tailored to students with disabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, educators, and external stakeholders within the context of special education programs.
- Strong data analysis and documentation abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in crisis situations.
- Commitment to positive and respectful interaction with students with disabilities.
- Such alternatives as seen appropriate and acceptable by the Board.
Salary & Benefits
- Full-time 8 hrs/190 days.

Salary: $50,707.20 to $79,761.60 Per Year
