Responsibilities:

1. Implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in their homes and/or a community environment
2. Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with a developmental disability in a home or community setting
3. Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst
4. Provide adequate feedback regarding progress to supervisor
5. Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goals
6. Track client progress and program data
7. Understand and adhere to Company Policy and Procedures
8. Observe confidentiality and safeguard all patient-related information
