Job summary

Autism Spectrum Therapies, part of LEARN Behavioral, seeks a Managing Behavior Analyst to provide clinical leadership for a client caseload and oversee clinical supervisors and technicians. This role leads treatment delivery and ensures services support socially significant outcomes.

You will mentor clinical staff, drive evidence-based practices, collaborate with families and other providers, and advance professional growth while maintaining high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Master Degree required.
• 2 years as a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst).
• BCBA license/registration per local statutes to deliver behavior analysis.
• Developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work.

Responsibilities

• Deliver protocol modification, assessment services, and family treatment guidance to assigned clients according to LEARN clinical standards.
• Provide support, mentorship and clinical direction to clinical supervisor.
• Provide clinical direction to technicians.
• Use data to drive clinical programming and document services accurately.
• Complete mandatory trainings and attend required meetings.
• Report clinical and scheduling concerns promptly.
