Autism Spectrum Therapies, part of LEARN Behavioral, seeks a Managing Behavior Analyst to provide clinical leadership over a client caseload and support clinical supervisors and Behavior Technicians. The role focuses on delivering evidence-based ABA services and achieving meaningful client outcomes.

The candidate will lead treatment delivery, supervise teams, and drive professional development while expanding their own ABA knowledge.

Formación

• Master Degree required.
• 2 years as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• BCBA and/or license as required by local statutes to deliver behavior analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Lead clinical care by overseeing treatment delivery and ensuring outcomes.
• Provide supervision, mentorship, and clinical direction to supervisors and technicians.
• Employ clinical best practices and use data to drive programming.
• Document services accurately and timely according to policies.
• Adhere to compliance policies and complete required trainings.
