Job summary

Autism Spectrum Therapies, part of LEARN Behavioral, seeks a Managing Behavior Analyst to provide clinical leadership and oversight for client caseloads. You will supervise clinical supervisors and technicians, guiding services toward socially meaningful outcomes for clients in Riverside, CA.

The role emphasizes overseeing treatment delivery, directing clinical teams, and maintaining high standards of care, with collaboration with families and other providers.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in a related field
• BCBA certification and/or license as required by local statutes
• Two years of BCBA-level experience specified

Responsibilities

• Deliver protocol modification, assessment services, and family treatment guidance to assigned clients according to LEARN clinical standards
• Provide support, mentorship and clinical direction to clinical supervisor
• Provide clinical direction to technicians
• Utilize data to drive clinical programming
• Document services delivered accurately and timely per company policies
• Complete mandatory trainings and attend required meetings
• Report clinical and scheduling concerns promptly
• Deliver clinical feedback to staff
• Provide treatment by protocol when needed
• Adhere to all company compliance policies
• Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor
• This role supervises one or more individual contributors.
