In this role you will support store leadership, supervise staff in the absence of managers, drive sales, manage clienteling, and uphold company standards in cash handling, inventory, and visual merchandising. You will foster teamwork, training, and a customer-first culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail management experience in beauty or fashion.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Strong verbal and communication skills.
• Strong observation skills – assess customer and employee behavior.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff in absence of Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
• Lead floor supervision to maximize sales and excellent customer service.
• Model best-in-class selling behaviors and develop the team.
• Maintain cash, inventory, and store standards per policies.
• Support visual merchandising and promotional directives.
• Ensure selling floor is neat with current visual direction.
