Job summary

Unilever in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an Associate Director for Beauty & Personal Care at Kroger. You will lead a team to deliver topline growth across all Unilever categories, including Beauty & Wellbeing & Personal Care, with accountability for strategy and execution.

The role requires deep experience in customer planning, P&L ownership, and cross-functional leadership. It offers bonus eligibility, long‑term incentives, and opportunities to influence key Kroger partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with minimum 10 years of related Sales, Category Management, and Customer Planning experience.
• Customer Strategy and Planning experience required.
• Must have experience managing a direct NSV of $100M plus.
• Proven Leader and motivator of People with experience leading direct reports of 2-3+.
• Successful track record of key Customer Business Manager experience across multiple COT.
• Strong financial and business acumen, including P&L ownership and effective internal/customer communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead a direct and indirect team to deliver success for the overall team.
• Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP) and develop strategic platforms to achieve growth with Kroger.
• Coordinate with Business Development, Brand and CS&P teams to resource plans and synchronize spend and volume for JBP.
• Create and execute the Kroger customer strategy including go-to-market plans, Big Bets, innovation, trade ROI and shopper integration.
• Cross-functionally manage operational delivery of the business plan including forecasting, inventory, and trade investments.
