SR. BEAUTY ADVISOR

Reports to: Store Manager, Assistant Manager

Supervises: Non-Supervisory

Salary: $17-19/hr + Commission + Tips!

Primary Purpose

The Senior Beauty Advisor has prior experience in beauty, personal care, cosmetology, esthetics, or retail roles with other beauty brands. This position is central to our team, leveraging extensive skincare expertise to drive sales, ensure excellent customer experiences, and foster a culture of excellence. The role is key in achieving sales goals and team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive store sales by engaging customers with in-depth knowledge of skincare products.
• Demonstrate expert understanding of skincare merchandise to enhance team proficiency.
• Collaborate on sales goals, performance tracking, and store productivity improvements.
• Mentor and support team members in sales and customer service excellence.
• Conduct training for new associates to ensure a knowledgeable team.
• Ensure smooth transactions and a seamless customer experience.
• Travel between Las Vegas locations as needed.
• Maintain schedule flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays, primarily working 12 pm - 8 pm shifts.

Minimum Requirements

• Proficiency in visual merchandising and product knowledge.
• Schedule flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
