Responsibilities:

• Meet sales goals measured daily, weekly, and monthly
• Consult with customers professionally and enthusiastically
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items
• Maintain a clean and organized salon
• Open and close the business
• Complete daily administrative paperwork and track goals
• Assist customers with tanning equipment and provide guidance, especially for first-time users
• Attend off-site sales events and training sessions

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years old
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods (up to 7 hours)
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends
