Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide technical knowledge and analytical support through product drawings, specifications and evaluations.
• Communicate with customer technical support to drive growth.
• Lead/participate in cross-functional teams for product launches and quality improvements.
• Support quality and delivery issues and maintain customer documentation.
• Age/track PPAP, sample activity, drawing review and inspection.
