Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, Florida seeks an Epic Beaker Clinical Applications Analyst III to lead design, implementation, and optimization of clinical and enterprise applications that directly support patient care, research, and operations.

This senior role drives technical solutions, manages complex projects, and mentors junior analysts, ensuring reliable, secure, and innovative technology across the organization to empower clinicians and staff in delivering world-class cancer care.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Health IT or related field is required.
EPIC Beaker certification in Beaker CP is required; Beaker AP preferred.
Minimum 6 years of system build experience in Epic with enterprise impact.
Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel to remote sites as applicable.
Experience with Epic Beaker laboratory workflows preferred.
Experience with healthcare information systems and data management preferred.

Responsibilities

Plan, design, develop, validate, test, implement, evaluate, maintain, and troubleshoot information system components to meet needs.
QA and integrate testing of vendor functionality to ensure system reliability.
Monitor system performance and reliability.
Coordinate projects and develop enhancements and reports aligned with priorities.
Maintain system documentation for build specifications.
Mentor and guide junior analysts on technical tasks.
Provide 24/7 support for information systems as needed.
