Job summary

Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, FL, is hiring an Epic Research Tools Clinical Applications Analyst II. The role develops, tests, and maintains clinical and enterprise applications, ensuring reliability and alignment with standards.

You will mentor junior analysts and provide 24/7 on-call support across moderately complex Epic environments. The position requires Epic certification in at least one Research Tools module, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and 3+ years of Epic build experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IS, Healthcare, or related field.
• Epic Certification in at least one Research Tools module.
• Minimum 3 years of Epic build experience in a complex environment.
• Experience with project management and team leadership.
• Experience supporting research/clinical trials operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, configure, build, test, implement and maintain clinical and enterprise applications.
• Troubleshoot software, hardware, interfaces, and databases across modules.
• Monitor system performance and ensure reliability with standards.
• Perform QA and testing to align with organizational requirements.
• Develop documentation and provide mentorship to Analyst I/II.
• Provide 24/7 support and participate in on-call rotations as needed.
