Aerospike, the real-time database for mission-critical workloads, is seeking a Senior Business Development Representative in Austin, TX. You will drive revenue and pipeline across North America, building a robust outbound program and partnering with marketing to target accounts.

You’ll engage with senior engineers and executives, translate architectural challenges into business value, and maintain disciplined pipeline hygiene in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outbound pipeline generation experience targeting enterprise tech.
• Experience selling into the database, data infrastructure, cloud, or developer tools space.
• Proficient in using AI tools to research accounts and personalize outreach.
• Able to engage Directors, VPs, and C-level executives with credibility.
• Concise, hyper-personalized writing that engineers actually read.
• Self-driven, highly competitive yet collaborative with sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Generate a consistent flow of qualified opportunities within your territory.
• Execute multi-touch cadences across calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Demand Gen to qualify MQLs.
• Translate technical concepts into business impact for prospects.
