Job summary

Foley & Lardner LLP seeks a Senior Specialist in Business Development & Marketing to support multiple practice groups and the ESG team. The role emphasizes project management, development of client-facing materials, and targeted outreach to deepen client relationships.

Reporting to the BD&M Manager, the candidate will analyze markets, coordinate events, and help position the firm for revenue growth across the Finance, Real Estate, Insurance, Government Solutions, and Environmental practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required. Degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of business development and/or marketing experience required, preferably in legal or a complex, consultative professional services organization.
• Understanding of the legal industry, government affairs and lobbying, financial services sector, real estate industry, environmental sector, or related markets strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Support BD & marketing initiatives for multiple practice groups and the lobbying team.
• Develop, coordinate, and maintain pitches, proposals, RFP responses, and client-facing materials.
• Conduct client, market, industry, and competitive intelligence research to support opportunities and cross-sell.
