Job summary

Foley & Lardner LLP is seeking a Senior Specialist to join the Business Development & Marketing team. The role supports multiple practice groups and an ESG team, reporting to the BD&M Manager, and driving initiatives to raise revenue and profile across the Firm.

You will plan and execute webinars, craft pitches and proposals, conduct market research, manage client communications, and maintain the firm’s CRM.

Qualifications

Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives.
Experience in marketing and business development within professional services.
Understanding of markets, client opportunities, and cross-practice collaboration.

Responsibilities

Support BD & marketing initiatives for multiple practice groups and lobbying team.
Develop and maintain customized pitches, proposals, RFP responses, presentations, and other client-facing materials.
Conduct client, market, industry, and competitive intelligence to support opportunities.
Plan and execute webinars, virtual programs, seminars, conferences, sponsorships, and other events.
Coordinate attorney participation in sponsorships, conferences, rankings, and awards.
Manage CRM data entry, lists, external mailings, and reporting.
Identify and evaluate memberships, sponsorships, events to support profile-raising and lead generation.
