Spear Bio seeks top-performing Business Development Managers to expand our ultra-sensitive immunoassay portfolio across the EMEA region. Ideal candidates have a deep network of neurodegenerative disease researchers in Big Pharma, Biotech, CROs, and Academia throughout Europe.

Based in Europe (London, Germany) with strong sales acumen, you will drive adoption, manage funnels, and travel up to 30–40% to engage customers and partners.

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Biology, Biochemistry, Bioengineering or related field.
• 6–12+ years in technical sales or business development.
• Experience presenting ultrasensitive immunoassays or neurology IVD products.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales presentations to promote the value proposition.
• Demonstrate understanding of Neuroscience market dynamics and adoption.
• Promote kit sales with instrument and Assay Service solutions.
• Provide a funnel to be managed by senior Business Development Managers.
• Travel 30-40% for customer engagement and industry events.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Assay Services to drive outreach.
