Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive marketing and business development experience in professional services.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing BD plans across complex, multi-group portfolios.
• Strong BD abilities including planning, organization, negotiation, and ROI analysis.
• Excellent oral and written communication; ability to produce proposals, client presentations, collateral, and research reports.
• Familiarity with CRM and experience management tools; proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across a portfolio of business units through direct business development leadership and oversight of BD support.
• Ensure successful execution of BD and marketing initiatives aligned with business plans to drive revenue growth and brand visibility.
• Leverage knowledge of key clients and markets to advise leadership and shape practical growth strategies.
• Identify priorities from client, market, and competitor information and present initiatives to leadership.
• Set direction for thought leadership and client programming with BD, communications, and events teams.
• Drive pipeline development and opportunity management with cross-functional collaboration.
• Establish best practices, tools, and processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
