Cortica is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid remote role in Glendale and surrounding areas. You will lead neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming, oversee a team of behavior technicians, and coordinate ABA treatment within a transdisciplinary care model.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in human services or related field is required.
• Current BCBA Certification required.
• Experience with ABA and supervising BTs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for ABA treatment.
• Lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs) and coordinate care within a transdisciplinary team.
• Manage scheduling, billing, and credentialing to support clinical operations.
