Job summary

Metro Therapy, Inc., a Powerback Pediatrics company, seeks qualified ABA providers to deliver evidence-based Special Instruction services under IFSPs in New York. You will perform evaluations, monitor progress, and coach parents to promote skill development within daily routines.

Required: BCBA certification in good standing, state LBA license if required, a Master’s in ABA or related field, and BACB supervision course. NY EI eligibility is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Must hold an LBA license if required by state regulations.
• Masters degree from an accredited ABA program or related field.
• Completion of the BACB 8-hour supervision course.
• Certification or eligibility to provide Special Instruction via NY EI program.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based, ABA Special Instruction services per IFSPs.
• Perform evaluations, monitor progress, and track child development.
• Coach parents and teach strategies to promote daily routine learning.
• Participate in IFSP meetings, team meetings, and case conferences.
